Jessica & Chad

Sometimes we get the pleasure of revisiting venues and putting a new spin on how we photograph those locations. We photographed Jessica's cousin Kayla's wedding just two years ago, with the cousin's family church and the local park being familiar backdrops, it was so fun to see how different the two weddings ended up being! You may check out Kayla's wedding here: http://www.cjphotogallery.net/kayla-jacob/ We found new corners in and around the grand Grace Lutheran Church to photograph details and portraits and the always lovely South Park in Oshkosh provided a lovely backdrop for the remainder of Jessica & Chad's bridal portraits. The Oshkosh Convention Center was were we ended the evening with them with sparklers by the river.

Heather & Bryan

Weddings are such an amazing celebration, two families becoming one, two hearts committing to one another for a lifetime. Heather & Bryan have an awesome connection and their families act as if they have known each other for years and years. To say we enjoyed working with this group of family and friends on that gorgeous summer day is a huge understatement. Everyone was fantastic! Heather got dressed in her Maid of Honor's house while the guys got ready at the Hilton in Green Bay. Prior to their ceremony, Heather & Bryan decided to rid some of their jitters by holding hands and sharing a prayer without actually seeing each other. All this was just the start of a perfect wedding day....

Steph & Randy

When it's cold outside we get to sit back and remember the warm days, full of love and happiness. This my friends, is why we love what we do! Steph & Randy had a beautiful day. We started off in their home and their best man's home as they readied themselves to walk down the aisle. Then we headed to the gorgeous St Josephs Church here in Stevens Point for the exchange of vows in front of their closest friends and family. After a few formal images in the church we headed downtown Stevens Point for an urban setting for their wedding party portraits. Brick and alleyways are always a favorite backdrop of ours. Steph & Randy chose the Dreyfus University Center in Stevens Point as their location to dance the evening away. Congrats again to this lovely pair! Now... onto the pictures!

Miranda & Brandon

First looks and outdoor ceremonies. Two of our most favorite things!

Miranda & Brandon had a beautiful summer day with gorgeous greenery all around. Miranda wore a fabulous gown with beads, buttons and lace that fit her like a glove! Her heavily beaded necklace was the perfect addition.

We took Miranda & Brandon to Iverson Park in Stevens Point for their first look. They asked for a green, not so landscaped location - might we say.... it was the PERFECT spot for them. Long grasses, trees everywhere and a bridge that made a great substitute for an isle. First looks are so sweet. It's the couples moment to be alone and enjoy each other's presence. Shortly after their first look,  we gathered up the rest of their wedding party and enjoyed our time photographing all of them! These folks are all a ton of fun to be around :) Oh... Did I mention the awesome charcoal gray suites, navy blue ties and the gorgeous color of the bridesmaid dresses?! What a fabulous combination!!

Jessie & Adam

To say that I stink at updating our blog is a huge understatement and for that, I'm sorry. Ok... onto the good stuff! Adam & Jessie, a sweet duo that are photographers themselves as well as christian book store owners, sure have their hands full! Despite of their crazy schedules they were able to plan a beautiful wedding surrounded by family, friends and tons of fun! The ladies prepared themselves for the big day in the convent adjacent to the church (it was so cute to hear the nuns coo over Jessie's dress), and when rain threatened to ruin their wedding portraits, Jessie & Adam happily trusted us when we said we were stepping into a greenhouse for a few more images of just the two of them. Guests had a wedding day survival guide filled with fun facts, played 'Minute to Win it' to get the bride and groom to kiss and last but not least, there was the fabulous 'Mike Malone Big Band' for their dance. Friends, just wait until you see this....

Kaitlin & Logan

Oh my goodness... soon the trees will be in all their green glory and we will be able to enjoy more of Wisconsin's great beauty! One of our favorite spots here in Central Wisconsin is Rib Mountain. Breathtaking sites and big gorgeous trees are the perfect combination for a wedding! Kaitlin & Logan picked the PERFECT spot. Their wedding had a wonderful 'home' feel complete with Smores, the rustic beauty of the Sundance Chalet and handcrafted dresses... Yes... those awesome coral bridesmaid dressed were handmade by Kaitlin's SUPER talented mom! On top of all of that greatness this bridal crew kept their feet happy in Vans and Toms. So much good stuff to share! We won't keep you waiting... see for yourself below!

Kayla & Jacob

The snow may have fallen once again but... we promise, it will melt away and the green grass will soon appear. Until then, come with us on a journey of great memories made with a fabulous, sweet couple Kayla & Jacob. These two married in the beautiful church, Grace Lutheran in Oshkosh Wisconsin and celebrated their union in a glowing blue hall (La Sure's, Oshkosh Wisconsin) with friends and family. The day couldn't have been more perfect. Complete with sunny skies and a warm breeze, an entertaining ride on 'The Raging Bull' from Appleton and an awesome dance party. Did we mention that Kayla & Josh had one of our biggest, most AMAZING bridal parties ever?! Such a fun group!

So bring it on Wisconsin! We can handle another day of snow because we all know what you have in store for us.
